"Veronica and Jenni are great Realtors. I've dealt with others in Phoenix that don't come close to providing the level of service, integrity and honesty that V and J have.

Prior to the house being put on the market there were many many things that had to be taken care of. V and J either did it themeselves or coordinated with the service providers.

This included dealing with plumbers, electricians, landscapers, window cleaners, stagers, termite inspecters as well as doing a lot of the odds and ends themselves such as changing light fixtures, door handles and touch up cleaning to make sure the house showed great.

This was very helpful since I live in CA and could not be there on a day to day basis to get the house in tip top shape.

After many months of open houses and showings they suggested putting it back on the rental market and even provided a lead for potential renters. This shows that the client comes first as opposed to worrying about their commissions. I highly recommend them.

A late, but heartfelt note I wanted to write to you both...As we all get older we sometimes become the taskmasters of going from child to adult in our parents eyes very quickly! Last year was the difficult decision of moving my aging mother from her longtime home to an independent care facility. This in itself is complicated & emotional, but no matter ...had to be done.

We had hired a realtor Mom had used in the past and felt pretty good about not having a problem with the area, the home nor the timing. Well, as time went on, we found for ourselves all aspects of this task were going to be trying. The realtor, in our eyes and on paper did a less than quality job of even trying to market the home nevertheless, the non-attempts of open houses and the white lies our family found she was so bold with...

My wife and I wanted to thank you both so much for helping us to sell our home. I just felt compelled to write a few words that you may share with other clients.

Veronica and Jenni, wow what a great team of true professionals. Our home was on the market for 6 months and we couldn't sell it. We had a beautiful 4 bedroom home with a pool and a spa and some very attractive custom touches inside our home and our home was priced right, along with other comps in the area.

We were using a realtor that had lived in our neighborhood a couple of years prior. For the first 6 months we had early interest from buyers but that seemed to come to a screeching halt.

After many weeks of no activity we began to think of alternatives to get people in our home. We watched a lot of TV shows about home staging and decided to hire one, (just to come and give us ideas). We took her advice and went to work.

The stager came back a week later with a couple of friends (Veronica and Jenni). They came to our house that day ready to go to work. I'm talking clean, paint, wash baseboards, walls and windows (maybe even the dog). When they arrived they were all surprised at what my wife had done and (sorry girls) they all agreed the house was ready to sell.

We signed on with V and J and they completely renewed my faith in realtors. We all sat down and they told us what we should expect from them and how this was a team effort.

"Finding a new home in a distant city can be a lonely, worrisome business, but not when you have Veronica Bruton and Jenni Westphal working for you. When my partner, Tom Erickson, and I decided to move from Los Angeles to the Phoenix area, we looked up local gay-friendly realtors on the Internet.
